Here is what that looks like on the ground. We supply talent coordinators who manage the cast side of Austrian shoots. Our talent coordinators liaise with agents, arrange contracts and bookings, schedule auditions, fittings and shoot days, and look after cast welfare and logistics across production. We brief them on your cast list, schedule and budget, then confirm openings against your shoot dates.

A talent coordinator working in Austria knows the local agencies, the performer community, and the practicalities of moving cast between Vienna, Salzburg and regional locations. They work fluently in English and German — useful for global shoots casting across the DACH region — and we contract under the Kollektivvertrag terms set by the Fachverband der Film- und Musikwirtschaft within the WKO.

We set up the talent coordinator with the casting director, first AD and production coordinator so cast scheduling tracks the shooting plan and the budget.
