We work in Euro, now around 1.08 US dollars, and account for the 20% VAT (Umsatzsteuer) that applies to most production goods and services, distinguishing recoverable from non-recoverable items. Key, we model the effect of rebates, showing the gross cost alongside the net position after the ÖFI+ and FISA+ 30% rebates and any stacked regional support, so decision-makers see the true landed cost.
