Here is the short of it. Our CGI artists work fluently in English and German with global supervisors, whether on-site or working remotely as part of a distributed pipeline. We contract under the Kollektivvertrag terms set by the Fachverband der Film- und Musikwirtschaft within the WKO. Set up the CGI artist with the VFX artist, compositor and post-prod supervisor so computer-created elements integrate cleanly and land on schedule for delivery.
